Conference Policies

PAYMENT POLICY: All registration fees must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Full payment must be made before attendance at the conference. It is a strict policy that only U.S. Government employees may submit training authorization forms in lieu of prepayment. Our Federal ID Number is 45-4292400.

CONFIRMATION: Registrations will be confirmed by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received by October 9, 2020, will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between October 10 - November 6, 2020, are subject to a $400 cancellation charge. Cancellations on or after November 7, 2020, will not be entitled to a credit or refund. Email: registration@dataversity.net. Please Note: Confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Nonpayment does not constitute cancellation.

SCHEDULE: While every effort will be made to maintain the schedule exactly as represented, we reserve the right to make changes and substitutions as needed.

PHOTOGRAPHY: DATAVERSITY reserves the right to use photographs of any event attendee for future promotions. Videotaping and/or photography are not allowed without the prior written approval of DATAVERSITY.

SOLICITATION: Solicitation at the event is strictly prohibited. Only paid sponsors who have permission from the event organizers will be authorized to solicit attendees, and only within the guidelines provided to each sponsor within their sponsorship package.
